Battles Of The Heart

I will start this post off with a crucial question ... What is love? Many of us (humans) spend our lives trying to find the one, some by dating and even some by the bed of fornication that usually ends up in frustration, heartbreak, hurt, and unnecessary emotional baggage which ultimately end up making matters worse. Ask me and ill say that it doesn't sound like love at all . It sounds more like avoidable Hurt . From that we can Conclude that eros (intimate love or romantic love) doesn't satisfy the depths of our want because people change and feelings change. Some see love as the bond between a family. That love is natural a warm comforting love that comes from a need to protect and care for one another. Basically the conclusion is that storge love doesn't satisfy the inner depth of the cry for love because it comes out of a need for another to be loved or out of familiarity aka conditional as well . of course there is the love from your friends and close ones out of just be around them and being familiar with them but the doesnt fill that void either . Basically philios love doesnt satisfy the inner depth of the cry for love because friends come and go as people change. There are all these yet there are many who still feel a void or many who are hurting even right now.Why is it that some who enjoy philios and Eros and storge love still sometimes still feel alone and unloved and heartbroken?The answer is pretty clear, why we try with all our efforts as humans yet still dont understand; i would dare to clarify one of the most misunderstood words;because
1 John 4:8 (He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love)....1 John 4:16 (And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him)--GOD IS LOVE.
